Backorder Policy
Empire Hobby will only track our dealer's backorders when you select "Track My Backorders" during the checkout process. When the backordered item is available, we will contact you via email or phone to verify that your item is still needed and see if there is anything else you need added to that order.
Public orders utilizing the North American Dealer Support System with backordered items may be tracked by your dealer only upon your request to that dealer.
We reccomend that you do place a backorder when it is for our most popular items. You will get your requested items faster if you "get in line" for lack of a better term.
