Becoming a dealer with Empire

Thanks for your interest in becoming a dealer of the premium products at Empire.

Please find below both the requirements to become a dealer and the link to the pdf application (you may fill it out in your browser window and then print it, but it is not able to be saved in the completed state)! If you meet the requirements, please complete the application and include all of the required original signatures. Once complete, please return by fax to 480-456-1113. Alternatively, you may scan the documents and email them to info@empirerc.com

All applications must include your EIN and a copy of your state business license (reseller's permit) along with your application for dealership.
 
Applying dealers with a brick and mortar store, simply need to provide pictures of both the interior and exterior of your store (including store sign) along with the application.

Applying dealers that are e-commerce only will need to list all domains where products will be posted for sale as well as your ebay screen name if intend on selling on ebay. Ebay only businesses will not be considered for dealerships at this time. In order to meet the minimum requirements for a "e" based dealership, you will need to have an operating web site with a connected credit card gateway. In addition you will need your contact information including phone number, hours of operation and return policy clearly stated.
