As a distributor, Empire is dedicated to helping those dealers gain and retain your web bussiness through the North American Dealer Support System all while helping our local and national economies. It is simple yet very different than most web sites.

Let's face it, sometimes your favorite shops just can't get what you need fast enough. If they could, you would be happy to shop with them. Now you can get the latest selection from the premium products at Empire and vote with your dollars on which dealer you choose to support, and all at internet pricing.

Your order ships promptly from our warehouse and should you need help or have a return you can go right to the shop you selected and get the help you need and service you deserve. It's a win-win.

You simply shop and add items to your cart and when you are ready to check out, you will be asked to select a dealer that you would like to handle your order. You may find your local hobby shop or another favorite hobby shop through the dealer locator on the check out page. You will not pay in the checkout process, but your order and any questions you may have will be instantly delivered to your choosen dealer. You will also receive an email copy of your order and total. Your selling dealer will contact you by your prefered method (phone or email) and see if there is anything else they may help with and collect payment at that time.

Now when you walk into the local hobby shop to show off that brand new plane that you just bought on the web, both you and the dealer can feel good about it and we bet you have just become one of his favorite customers!
